View Dropbox Document via link was created by Stephen Balke
Hi Dam,
I'm storing my documents on Dropbox. When i try to view the document, I get an error unless I create a dropbox link and put it into the View URL field for the document. It works OK if the document is on the server.
Is this how it is supposed to work, or do I need to provide some sort of a dropbox path in the Documents Path setting on the configuration screen?
Thanks,
Stephen

Hi folks,
+1 here..... just to add to this.... I don't have a great issue, and I will wait for an update to the component.....
FYI, this is what is happening to me :
I am using eDocman 1.8.3 and I CAN upload to Dropbox, but cannot view or download the document using the front-end buttons as with the poster above.
Also, if I delete the document using the front end or back end, the document DOES delete from the component , but it does NOT delete from Dropbox.
thanks,
Mike
