How do you keep from losing the documents when moving to a new server. We just made a move and while the document references are in the system, they all have "empty" after them and trying to view on the public side takes you no where.

When you move your site to another hosting, you need to go to Back-end > Edocman > Configuration and adjust the Document path to update the path from old hosting to new hosting.
