EDocman search module

Hi, is there a way to limit documents search only to certain categories? I thought that "Default category ID" field, in the configuration panel EDocman search module, indicate which categories display in the dropdown select, but if I enter an ID the field disappears from the frontend form .

Currently, Edocman doesn't have this feature, but if you want, we can implement the work for you with small additional cost. I will wait for your response.
