A customer has asked me what the difference is between 'hits' and 'donwloads' on the Details window for a Document.

I note that a document I have this minute uploaded appears with 1 Hit and 3 Downloads !!

Hi Richard,
When you open the document for viewing details, the Hit value will be increased one, while when you download the document, the download value will be increased one.
