Remove short description and description editors

Remove short description and description editors was created by laura rastoldo
Due to the fact that upload form is not responsive, we would like to remove short description and description editors from the upload form.

Can you suggets which file and line we need to remove? Thanks!!!

As i answered through ticket system. The Document upload form isn't responsive.
