SOLVED !!! Error on Upload

I am trying to upload a second document and I am getting the following:

Any ideas please?

Hi Simon,
This is the issue of new Edocman version, please follow these step to fix the issue
1. Go to Back-end > Extensions > Manage and remove all items of Edocman extensions
2. Using PHPMyAdmin to remove all MySQL Table with prefix #__edocman...
3. Re-download Edocman 1.8.0 and install package again to get the issue solved
