User groups to notification mails

Hi.

I've four categories (one for each team in my organization). In Joomla ACL, the four teams are in four different user groups. All teams have access to all categories and I would like that to continue.

Is it possible, that the notification mails is only send to the users in the Joomla user group and not to all users in the access level. I know, that I kan write all the email adresses in the category settings but that would take a lot of time.

Can you help me?
