email notification for uploader

Dear OS Solution and EDocman community -

I would like an Upload Notification sent (same as administrator notification) to the user who uploads so they have a record and confirmation of the upload. I thought I found the solution with the plugin EDocman Notification Plugin but it is only for emailing groups, not the Uploader.

Has anyone modified EDocman to do this?

Your idea is good, but we will collect other ideas from customers before we can implement it for Edocman extension.

We would like to add our voice to this request.

We use EDocman for customers of clients to upload documents. We think it's a very important feature for them to get a notification that their document has been received.
