Hi!
In my page, some users and groups are allowed to upload documents via the frontend. When a user upload a new file with unpublished status, this user, or another user in the same group, would change the status to published later via the frontend.
But, with this user, I cannot see the document in the list if it is unpublished. I only could see and change status with admin user.
Is it normal, or could I change some settings with the permission?

Hi,
You can go to ACL Configuration of Edocman, select corresponding User group, in field: Edit State, you can select Allowed. Then, user of group will able to Publish/Unpubish all documents of Edocman. In case you want the users in group to be able to Publish/ Unpublish documents of specific Category, you can go to Category modification page, click on tab: Permission and select Allowed with field Edit State.

But my site is not public yet, it's in development phase and is only accesible in the local network
