multiple menu items to one category - breadcrumbs

I am pointing to an edocman category in two ways:
1. menu item 1: Edocman Table Layout to Parent Category.
2. menu item 2: Edocman Category Layout to a Child Category of the Parent Category.

menu item 1 has a path of something like Home > Committees > Parent Category > Child Category
menu item 2 has a path of something like: Home > About Us > Child Category

When I have two menus to the same item, the breadcrumbs always take on one of the menus. In this case, if you click menu item 2, the breadcrumbs will show Home > About Us > Child Category.

Is there a way to keep the breadcrumbs relevant to the menu item clicked? Thanks.

It's strange, because even you go to the Child Category page, the parent category still be shown on the Breadcrumbs. I don't know in your case, it doesn't show. Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you.
