SOLVED !!! Download don't work on public site

Hi!

I think I'm stupid, the download works fine if I'm log in frontend. But as not logged in at the site and I click the Download button a window just flash by and closes fast.

All document and category settings are public. The url at the download button looks strange www.mysite.com/reportsr#form-content compared to the working one if I'm logged in.

Change template don't make any difference.

Any hints to solve this?

Hi Matts,
Please go to Back-end > Edocman > Configuration > and select option: Direct Download in field: Download type. The issue will be solved.

It works now, strange, tested that option, must have been some caching that locked the page.
