the root category does not work

the root category does not work was created by Steve
Hello,

I am new to edocman. I deleted all of the categories and trying to create new ones, but it seems the newly created ones are not working. There is home and book category, before I deleted the old ones, all of the categories were in the book category, but whatever I created right not is not displayed. How can I solve this problem?
