Hi:

I have purchased Edocman and Document Indexer, I want a search menu or module to search with keywords with a filter. but seems not working so well. also when I try to download pdf file on website, it directs me to a blank page. could you give me a solution?

by the way is there any search or smart search plugin or extension with filter options?

Hi

I don't know why you get blank page issue. Maybe there are some conflict between EDocman with something on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and solve it ?
