edocman search

is it possible to have the edocman search module search a category path and it's sub categories?

You want that when users choose a category and perform search, documents from it's sub-categories will also be displayed as well? If so, we must edit the code to do that. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help editing the code for you

In new version, the Search module of Edocman allows user to search through all main categories and subcategories

I purchased edocman version: 1.8.9 last week. It search only the category selected, not including sub-categories. How to make the search to include sub-categories?

Hi Weijia,
Currently, Edocman only search documents in selected category. If you want to search through sub-categories of current category. we will have to customize the code and charge you 30$ for doing this modification
