Font Size for Document Names in list by Category

I saw that there was a 7 month old posting for this but to no avail. I looked at the source, saw that I think the heading is using h3, went to my template css and changed h3 from 26px to 14px but it made no difference (so I've changed it back in case it affects anything else in the site).

Is there anything else I should change to reduce the font size of the document names ?
