Download a document after submitting form

Hi to all,

i collaborate with a little webagency. We are doing a website that need a document repository which devide sdocuments by categories and tags. Besides i need an an additional functionality.
For 2 or 3 files the users that want to download the documents must submitting a form with few fields before and the download can be activated. I'd like also to save thie entries on external csv files.

Is it possbile with edocman?
For another site i used docman but when the developers ask me lot of money to do this additional funcionality. I think that who know component apis can do this in few time, is it true?

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported in EDocman, so you will need to customize the extension to have the feature. Customizing it also take time and I am afraid of it will cost you 150$ for the customization

So maybe you should find a different extension to reduce the cost
