Just Changing the order of the Categories

Am i missing something??? how do you change the order of the categories? i click on the number in the file and changed it to "1" i deleted the Category that was in position "1" and still no changes. I read the little manual but nothing there about changing the order.

Sorry i figured it out. Change all the numbers first, then click the save button right under "Order"

Now, the sub-category will not show that it's a file under it. The "( 0 Document )" still reads "0" but there is one document there.
