[SOLVED] File Size: EMPTY was created by Emily Tarrant
Hi Tuan

I've recently taken on a site which is using EDocman and I'm upgrading it from version 1.0.0 to 1.5.7.

I'm finding that on the document pages on the frontend I'm getting File Size: EMPTY

Can you suggest a fix for this please?

Cheers, Emily

Hi Emily

I think the reason is because the Documents Path config option is wrong. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you

Hi Tuan

Yes, that was it! I'd moved the site to a dev server and hadn't updated the documents path.

Thanks for a quick response - glad it was a simple solution.

Cheers, Emily
