Cannot submit new documents in IE11

When trying to upload new documents from the front end of my site using edocman, the submit button deos nothing. It returns an error in the code regarding a null reference to description. Other browsers work fine.

Must be something wrong with css conflict. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that i can ask my developer to solve the issue for you ?

Thank you Tuan. We are unable to provide ftp access to our servers. I believe we can fix the issue on our side with our developer but our developer is wondering where to find the index.php/doc-upload file? Would you know where that is contained? Or have any other direction to give us on this from your developers?
