Prevent documents appearing in Search Results?

Hello

I have documents in some categories restricted by Permission - this works OK. The user must log in to read or download etc..

But these documents also appear in Public Search Results (but user still must login to view)

How do stop restricted documents from appearing in Search Results unless the user is logged in?

Some documents were incorrectly classified as Public. When the correct Access level was applied they did not appear in Search unless logged in. Case solved

Yes Graham. You will need to use proper Access Level to handle how users can "see" your documents. Glad to hear that you figured it yourself
