Category user ids permission was created by jared johnston
Hello, I can't get the main (or top) category to accept a user ids permission. If I create a subcategory under the top category then I can get the subcategory to accept the permission. example below.
Category One: (first category - I can enter user ids but other users can access)
Category Two: (subcategory of category one - I can enter user ids and it works)
Can someone please help.

Hi Jared
That's strange. I think it must be something wrong with your settings. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check your settings and make sure it works for you?
Regards,
Tuan
