'View' Button/Option not working was created by CSSDAweb

Hi,
I've been using eDocuman for some time with the 'View' PDF option turned on in the configuration, but it has now quit working. The 'Show View Button' is still set to 'Yes' and pdf is listed as one of the 'File Extensions for viewing', but the view button is no longer showing up on the front-end. How do I get it to work again? - fred

Hi Fred

There must be something special on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.
