Hello, I upgraded our installation of Joomla to 3.3 and am now getting a blank page when trying to add a document. I don't see any new files in the "My Downloads" section. Do we need to purchase the component again to get the upgrade?

Hi Maria

I guess you are using old version of the extension and it is not compatible with Joomla 3.3.1 (Joomla 3.3.0 change some of their API and old version of EDocman won't work with it).

We provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase. So if you purchase the extension in less than one year, simply login and access to My Downloads menu item to download latest version, upgrade it to your site to get it working.

If you purchase it in more than one year, you will need re-purchase it to get it to work. You can drop us an email to services@joomdonation.com and we will be happy to give you 10$ discount for ths re-purchasing.
