Edocman and indexer plugin

Hi, I installed the Edocman component thinking the indexing was already built in. So I went on the forum and saw that others had installed a separate indexer plugin so I downloaded the link from the forums, it installed and enabled but the documents that are uploaded through Edocman are still not being indexed. Can anyone give me some guidance on this?

Seems there is some permission issue on your site. If it is possible, please send me both admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and make it works for you !
