500 server errors when attempting to View document

Hi Tuan,

Hope you are well?

I have a recent installation that everything works fine except that when attempting to VIEW a file it generates 500 server errors

I am running Akeeba's Admin Tools pro (this feels like a permissions issue?) and wondered if you had any experience of similar problems ?

Hi

I haven't had any one had same problem. So please submit a support ticket sending me admin and FTP account of the site so that I can check to see what causes the issue and get it fixed.

BTW the issue is specifically re. the "view" option - eDocman is used under the Resources tab which will not appear until you are logged in....
