I'm trying to determine if eDocman will meet my needs. It's difficult to tell from the descriptions on the website. This is what I'm interested in being able to accomplish:
1) Make some docs viewable and downloadable to everyone
2) Make some docs viewable to guests but not downloadable unless they register
3) Make some viewable to guests but only show the intro paras. "Read more" would only be available to registered users
4) Make some viewable only to registered users (and some downloadable)
5) Make some viewable only to a special group of authors???
6) Insert docs into articles with viewing/downloading restrictions as above
7) Eventually have some viewable but not downloadable unless purchased.
Most of my docs at this stage are in pdf format.
The contact form on the website is not working so am hoping to get answers via the forum. Thanks.
