some strange things, I guess

I've got some strange things with edocman.

When I changed the name of the main menu item that pointed the docman catehories view, all my public categories with all the public files disappeared from sight, e.g. there were no categories and files were visible.

I reinstalled the extension but in vain, with the same result
OK, I deleted all the correstponding data tables and did an other install. Great. But now When I created a category and I imported some files and created documents out of them, these documents are not visible in the backend. Everything semms ok in frontend but as an admin, I cannot see my documents Strange isn't it?
Any ideas?

Yes Aron. Very strange. Please submit a support ticket sending me admin and FTP account of your site. I will check to see what's wrong and get it fixed for you.
