Smart Search Plugin was created by Andrew McFarland
Is there now (or are there plans to develop) a smart search plugin? The native Joomla search module isn't as useful as Smart Search (IMO). This is the only component we use that doesn't have SS plugin.

We just finished new version of EDocman last week. Please give us two more weeks and the plugins will be available.

Hi Andrew

We are working on the Finder plugin at the moment (to be honest, this is the first time we develop plugin for Finder/Smart Search). However, there was a plugin developed by a customer in the past and It works well. Please try !

Thanks for sending... it seems to hang. Stops on the "Indexer Running" pop-up. And never completes.

My dev completed the plugin but I haven't had a chance to check it carefully yet. I will try to check it and finally make it offical in the download package before Tuesday next week.
