OS pdf Indexer does not save any text was created by Gernot Gaiswinkler
Hi,
I found no better category in this forum for my question. Actually it's about os pdf indexer & jdownloads; not eDocMan.
so however: I have about 40 pdfs to be indexed.
I set option "These documents belong to: "com_jdownloads" and permission to "public"
Program starts as if it would index the files. Filenames are found and change from one to the other. Any time I see the report "Indexing successful" and at the end the message "Documents successfully indexed" ...
... but then I find no single file by using any word from the text, nor do I see any indexed text in "Doc Content" when I open one of the files.
Btw. all files are readable (created with pdf-creator).

Hi
I am sorry. We dropped support for JDownloads extension, so it won't work with JDownloads anymore. So if you want it works with JDownloads , you will need to find a different extension and I will refund the money of your purchase.
Maybe you should consider use our EDocman extension. It has built-in PDF indexer feature.
Regards,
Tuan
