Registered Users Cannot Access downloads was created by Michael Abate

I'm not sure why this is happening but my registered users cannot download the documents. The download button only appears when I login as admistrator. Please help as soon as you can. Thank you.

Hi Michael

Go to EDocman -> Dashboard, click on Options button in the toolbar, find the Group Registered, set Downloads permission for that group to be allowed. After that, users will be able to download the documents.

Oh

Maybe you set Downloads permission for Public Group to be Denied and that causes the Conflict ? Please set Downloads permission for Public Group to be Inherited and everything will work as expected !
