EDocman Document Link Popup Plugin Formatting

I am using Joomla 3.1 and Edocman and have 2 questions about the EDocman Document Link plugin. See the image below of the screen that pops up.

1. The formatting is not very good with the rows going up into the Joomla headings. (not good for my users or me)
2. There is a check box that seems to have no use. From what I discovered you need to click on the link to insert it. (again very confusing for users)

Can this be corrected?

Yes. It should be corrected. Before doing that, could you please give me more information: Where you are using this popup ? From front-end or backend of the site ?
