Back Button doesn't work in Search Form

The Joomla Search form shows three EDocman buttons: Back, Download and View.

The Back button does nothing. Any idea why please?

Click on the Search tab (top right of screen), enter a key word ("pigeons" works well) then click on a document in the list. You will find that nothing happens when you press the Back buton.
