I purchased this component few days ago, and I installed it to J2.5x - no errors.
I added files through FTP to a folder outside the website.
The dashbord are corrected to see the folder outside the website.
The files are added (bulk import).
But when the users are downloading the files, the files are all 0 bytes.
Anyone can tell me, what I have done wrong ?

I checked your site and found out that it was a problem with open_basedir settings which you made in the custom php.ini file under the root folder of your site. I corrected it and everything works well now.

I am having the same problem, can you tell me more specifically what the problem can be in php.ini?
Thank you in advance

It is alitle difficult to explain. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you ?
