We have documents we want our end-users to just download and documents we want those same end-users just to view and not download.
For example, we currently have a document that has the download button. This document happens to be a video. In the description section we added the code for a link that individuals could click to open a popup stream of that video. What we're looking for is the option for those specific documents to not have the ability to download while allowing all other documents to still show the download option.
Yes. It is possible. You just need to edit the document, look at Permissions tab, set Downloads permission for Public group to Denied. After that, no-one can download the document. Is that what you need?
