Question about Edocman Indexer plugin

Hey Tuan,

I got the problem on Edocman indexer plugin.

1. downloaded the Edocman Indexer Plugin from this post , that you posted.
2. Installed Edocman Indexer Plugin
3. Enable Indexer plugin, Edocman search, joomla standard search
4. create a new PDF document and upload Pdf file

I can search and find the document by title from edocman search module,
but i can't find the document by searching document content.
Do I miss any installation steps?

I am sure all the module and plugin are enable. Joomla version 2.5.8, edocman version is 1.5.0

Another PROBLEM, I got the error page after i uploaded PDF file and click on "Save" button. Please see the attachment for error page. I saw the file has been uploaded on the document detail page view.
Save function is working and no error page when i uploaded non-pdf.

Hi Michelle

There might be permission issue with the index library which we use in the extension to index documents. Could you please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it?

Hey Tuan,

It is our internal intranet website, we can't have FTP account for external access. Any other way you can look over the problem i have? or can you tell me how to solve or debug the permission issue, I can tried on.

The plugin which I uploaded had a bug on it and It might be the reason causing this issue. I updated it about one week ago, so could you please download the latest version www.joomdonation.com/free_downloads/plug_edocmanindexer.zip , upgrade it to your site and try again?

Tuan, I just tried this version with Joomla 3.0.3 and it failed:

Hey Tuan,
I installed the latest version that you posted, no error after installed.

Unfortunately, I still got same error page like before, after I uploaded the PDF with this latest version of indexer plugin.
Indexing is not working when I searched the key word of the PDF content.
