Customizing current user ID to Documents was created by cirab63
Hello OS Team,
I have just installed the EDocman product and I love it by the way. It seems to fulfill the requirements I need for my pet project. However, one question remains, how can I customize user field so that he or she does not have to enter his or her ID into the user field each time he or she upload a document? in other words, I will like the system to be able to recognize the user and afix the ID automatically.
Thanks

Hi
I think you didn't understand the meaning of that field. When you enter ID of a user into that field, only that user can access to that document. If you all users to be able to access to that document, simply leave that field empty. Does it make sense ?
