edocman indexer in Joomla 3.0

i've got a big problem - if I try to install the indexer plugin plug_edocmanindexer.zip (downloaded from
joomdonation.com/74-edocman/16396-edocma...-plugin-release.html

I get a xml not found warning (JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file) - I reinstalled joomla and xampp but it's still not working. I have also unpacked the zip file and only uploaded the "indexer" folder, with the same result.

Have you an idea where the problem could be? Is it possible, that the plugin isn't compatible with Joomla 3.0?

That plugin only worked for Joomla 2.5. I just updated the plugin to make it works with Joomla 3.0.x. Please re-download it and you should be able to install it on Joomla 3.0.x site.
