Activate Cart Feature doesn't work

Hello. I setted Activate Cart Feature as yes but it doesn't do anything. I noticed that you inserted this feature one year ago (i show old forum topic) but it seems that you didn't add this feature yet. Please could you clarify this?

Sorry but this feature is still not yet available in the extension. There were some more higher priorities features which we implemented into the extension but this one has not implemented yet. To be honest, I am still unsure about when this feature will be added to the extension.
