EDocman hide create date from list

I wish to hide the "created" date from the document list page. Even though I select "Hide" in the configuration for the detail, there is no option to hide the field in the list. This is an issue for a bulk upload because the system makes the "created" date the date of upload, not keeping the original date of creation. And that's not a field that can be changed either.

Also another question about breadcrumbs. When I show breadcrumbs, the category list page is named twice:

It should only show "Financial Statements" once.
