preview document before download it

Hello. Before to download a document (as pdf, doc, xls.... format) can user see the preview of it?

It is only possible for PDF document. You can config the extension so that next to each document, there will be a button called View displayed. Users can click on that button to view the PDF document. Is that what you need ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The document is rendered on web browser by acrobat reader plugin (a web browser plugin) and we have no way to prevent it from rendering save button which allows users to save the PDF file .
