The issue doesn't come from component itself. It causes by EDocman Documents module. I checked your site and found that you created multiple instances of EDocman Documents module and configured it to show on different page. It seems you configured a module wrong and the No Documents available is showed from the module itself, not from EDocman component. I tried to unpunlish all the modules and the message is gone (I had to unpublish the modules because I don't know what module you published on the page we are checking).

So in this case, you will need to check the module settings and make sure it is setting up properly .
