Could you please let me know the version of the extension you are using on your site ? When did you download it? it seems you are using an old version of the extension .
I downloaded this some time back from your site. I only saw this issue now so my subscription is ended. before I get a new subscription i wanted to see if the new version fixes the problem.
You don't need to renew the subscription in this case. Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve the problem for you directly on your site !
