Joomla! 2.5.6 Italy + Edocman version 1.1.0
When I try to upload a file with the "description" the browser alert "Leave the page? This page requires a confirmation before you can exit. The information provided may not have been saved."
why ??? Plese... help me ...

Hi
I believe this issue is something with your web-browser or computer. Could you please let me know what web browser you are using ? Could you please try to use Firefox or Google Chrome ?

Yes... I have try to use firefox, opera, chrome end IE ... I also tried from different computers ...
If I enter the long description gives me the error ....
To show you an example I uploaded on-line site
conceptiocms.it/ersu/administrator
user and psw: admin
from what could be the problem?

Ok
I have find the problem!
The problem was the editor.
with "TinyMCE" I have the error .... with "Editor - JCE" everything works

Great to hear the issue was solved. For your information, I (and other customers) can still use EDocman with TinyMCE editor without any problem.
