Bulk Import Does not work ?

Hello,

i have installed eDocman.
I crete some categoris and sub categories.
all is right

when i want to use bulk import, the sub categories are blank, the line is present but nothing visible, when i click on Import button, it drives me to docmuent menu without any message or question.

Could you help me ?

The feature does works and used by other customers before, so I am sure that it is something with your setting. Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you .
