Deleting from server and batch upload was created by mikesturmey
Hi,
I have recently purchased Edocman and am very pleased with product so far. I am wondering if it is possible / planned for files to be deleted from the server when trashed as at present they are deleted from the database but not the server.
Some thoughts about features: I have tried to batch upload nested folders, however only the first level files are uploaded - is this a possible future feature?
With batch uploads, the file name is used for the document name - To avoid lots of editing, would it be possible to have the option of stripping the file extension from the name automatically?
kind regards
Mike

Hi Mike
As replied via support ticket, you can go to EDocman -> Configuration, find the config option Delete File when document deleted, set it to Yes. After that, when you delete a document, the file associated to that document will be deleted as well .
