Suggestion for Bulk Download Feature Enhancement

We truly appreciate your suggestion about enabling the creation of a zip file for all documents within a category. Please be assured that we are carefully considering this idea and will study its feasibility further.
However, we would like to share that there are some technical challenges involved. Since a single category may contain a large number of documents, generating a zip file can be resource-intensive and may put significant load on the server. Therefore, we need to thoroughly evaluate and plan before implementing this feature to ensure optimal performance and stability.
