Disable/remove indexed content for individual documents

In my case, the content of documents like for instance price lists, address lists and catalogues don't need to be found using search. These types of documents often are very large and thus indexed text causes a 'bloated' database.
EDocman however indexes all documents added manually or using the batch upload functionality.

Therefore it would be very useful to be able to *disable* indexed content for these documents manually. After disabling, indexed text should be deleted from the database and the document should also be excluded from (re)indexing after editing title/description etcetera.
Maybe the 'Indexed content' column can be used to switch the content index on/off (see image attached).

Note: I know that using the bulk upload option, documents will not be indexed. But after editing the title and saving the entry, the content will be indexed after all. And that is what I try to avoid ;)
