Article Editor button to insert the syntaxes

Hi, the two plugins "Content - Edocman link" and "EDocman Category" allow to nicely insert downloadable documents into articles.

However the use of syntaxes isn't very user friendly for users. So it would be very nice to have an editor button to insert these.
There doesn't seem to be one for this?

There is the xtd-plugin "EDocman Document Link", which is nice for users, however this only insert a document as a normal url link.
It would be nice if there maybe was an option in this plugin to insert the link with the syntax { edocmanlink ID } instead as a url link.
Or if it was a separate plugin for this feature.

Additionally, it would be convenient if { edocmanlink ID } could show the file type too (extension).
Currently it can only show the title and the file size.

I hope this is for single documents and also for cathegories..
