Just installed the DMS component onto Joomla 1.6. Added first categories and download items OK. But all dsplays display the key_names as if the translation file could not be found. I have selected en-GB for language and the en-GB.com_dms.ini file is located in the language folder correctly. Even tried adding "" marks arround strings whick makes no difference. What have I not done? I have only installed the main component so far and not added any other modules yet.
That's strange. Could you get the language file here, unzip it and upload to folder language/en-GB of your site ? After that, I believe it will work as expected.
