importing a directory was created by Charles Dobbs
For some reason, I'm unable to import a directory of files.

I kept the default install

The docment folder is /public_html/documents

I have a sub directory I want to import.

The real full directory is /public_html/documents/pistol/beretta

So, I enter /pistol/beretta

I have tried it with and without the leading or ending slash with the same results.

0 documents scanned and imported into the system

There is 8 pdf files in that directory.

What am I missing?

Thank you,
Chuck

Hi Chuck

I am sorry for lately response. I believe the folder path you entered is wrong (it is not /public_html/documents, /public_html/documents is just a relative path). Could you please press on reset button next to Document Path config option to reset it to default (and correct) path and try it again ?

Regards,

Tuan

Here is a look at a document that was manually entered from the backend, that works fine.

13 Beretta 81 Series Beretta /pistol/beretta/beretta.81series.pdf Free 0 1 21

Now by looking at that link, entering /pistol/beretta would be correct.

But doesn't import.
